Can I Swap to a Different Room or Booking?

Subject to availability, we will try to arrange for you to swap rooms / change rooms into a different room where possible. We can also try to arrange a building swap where possible. Please check the website for availability and let us know the room / building you would like to swap to. Please note, there will be a £50 administration fee and the room you choose must be of the same or higher value to your current booking.

Please contact the Customer Engagement Team to arrange a room / building swap. Please state your booking reference (VITA REF) and the room you would like to move into on the email.
