I didn't Get My Visa, Can I Cancel?

Don’t worry there are many students in the same position. If in the unfortunate event that you are unable to continue with your university plans, you will be released from your liability to Vita Student once you have found a replacement student who can take over your contract unless you have booked a clearing room (see special cancellation terms for Clearing rooms).

To cancel your booking, please contact the Customer Engagement Team. Please state your booking reference (VITA REF) and attach no visa proof on the email. Please ask your replacement student to contact us and state your booking reference (VITA REF).
