My place in the University was not confirmed. Can I cancel?

Don’t worry, there are many students in the same position. If in the unfortunate event you are unable to continue with your university plans, you will be released from your liability to Vita Student once you have found a replacement student who can take over your contract.

To cancel your booking, please contact the Customer Engagement Team. Please state your booking reference (VITA REF) and attach the official letter from the university on the email. Please ask your replacement student to contact us and state your booking reference (VITA REF).
